These terms apply to SellerStudio (the "Service"), available at sellerpulse.in and run by Ocean IT Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.
SellerStudio is online software for sellers: a product dashboard, photo storage, a shop website, AI-assisted descriptions and images, an Amazon flat file builder and Instagram posting. It is provided as a subscription service over the internet. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods.
You must give a working email address and keep your login, PINs and authenticator codes private. You are responsible for everything done through your account and by staff you add. One account is for one business; accounts may not be shared or resold.
Plans are prepaid for the period you choose (1, 3 or 12 months). A one-time signup fee is added to your first payment. Extra AI uses beyond your plan's monthly allowance are paid from a prepaid AI wallet. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
If you do not renew, your shop becomes read-only 3 days after the paid period ends: you can still see your data, but not change it, until you pay again. We keep your data for at least 90 days after a plan ends. After that we may delete it after emailing you.
You own the products, photos and text you add. You give us permission to store and display them only to run the Service (for example, on your website). You must have the rights to everything you upload and must not use the Service for anything illegal, misleading or that infringes others' rights. AI output is a draft: check it before publishing, especially for marketplace rules.
Some features use Amazon, Instagram (Meta), Google Gemini, Razorpay and Cloudflare. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their decisions, such as a listing being rejected by Amazon.
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, misuses AI features, or does not pay, after telling you by email where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our business address have jurisdiction.
