SellerStudio is a digital subscription service. Please try it during the free trial before paying.
All payments — plan fees, the one-time signup fee and AI wallet top-ups — are final and non-refundable, including for partly used periods and unused wallet balance.
Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not pay again, the plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. You keep access until then.
If you were charged twice for the same order, or money left your account but the payment does not show in your dashboard within 24 hours, email us with the Razorpay payment ID. We will check it, and a duplicate or failed charge will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
