This policy explains what Ocean IT Solutions collects when you use SellerStudio and how it is used.
Only to run the Service: to log you in, store and show your products, publish your website, send login codes, receipts and important account emails, prevent misuse, and keep accounts and invoices as the law requires. We do not sell your data and do not show advertising.
Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Razorpay (payments), Resend (emails), Google Gemini (AI text and images — the product photos and names you send to AI), and Meta/Instagram (only when you connect and post). Each receives only what that feature needs.
If you connect Instagram, we receive your Instagram professional account's ID and username and an access token that lets SellerStudio publish the photos, videos and captions you choose to post from your dashboard. We do not read your messages, comments, followers or insights, and we do not post anything on our own. You can disconnect in Settings or remove SellerStudio in Instagram › Settings › Apps and websites at any time; the token and account details are then deleted. See Data deletion.
If you connect your Amazon seller account, we receive your seller ID and a token that lets SellerStudio check and create the listings you send. We do not access orders, buyers' details or payments. Disconnecting removes the token.
We use only necessary cookies: a login cookie and a device cookie. No tracking or advertising cookies.
We keep your data while your account is active and for at least 90 days after a plan ends. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time; payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
You can see and change your data in the dashboard, and ask us for a copy or deletion by email.
